Bad Boy honcho Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly trying to get rid of his ultra lavish Holmby Hills mansion for a cool $70 million. This is not totally unexpected with his mounting legal peril.

Check this, Puff, originally purchased the home 10 years ago in 2014 for $40 million. Since the federal raids that shocked the world, this luxury estate has since been at the logistical center of an investigation that has been widely kept close to the vest by investigators.

Now Diddy is looking to leave Los Angeles, as reported by TMZ. He’s trying to snag a buyer in what is considered an off-market deal, meaning us normies can’t just good the MLS and make an offer.

Sources let TMZ know that the asking price is significantly higher than what he originally paid nearly a decade ago. As mentioned he’s trying to unload the house for $70 M’s.

If you care to know, Diddy’s sprawling Holmby Hills property spans 17,000 square feet and includes eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 35-seat theater, a gym, a wine room, and a 3,000-square-foot guest house. Outdoor features are equally impressive, with a lagoon-style pool featuring an underwater tunnel, a basketball half-court, and well-maintained gardens. Although the mansion is over ten years old, which is like new in the grand scheme of home ownership, Diddy has updated its interior with modern finishes. Real estate insiders suggest that the high asking price with the mansion’s well publicized history will almost definitely make his asking price difficult to attain.

ICYMI, earlier this year, federal law enforcement agents conducted a thorough search, let’s call it a raid, of the Holmby Hills mansion, dismantling electronics and scouring every part of the home for evidence related to their ongoing investigation.

Anywho, it’s up for sale, so if you’re in the market for a $70 million dollar dream home with an unsavory reputation, then it can be yours.
